Refund/Return Policy

In order to obtain your full refund, fill out the refund form with in 15 days of your order. You have fifteen (15) days from the date you originally ordered to fill refund form and send back the parcel. This form will be emailed to you, and includes our warehouse address and instructions on how to return your merchandise for a full refund. In order for your full refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfilment facility within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date. You pay for return shipping and shipping. There is a PKR 500/- restocking fee per jar you are returning and we will also deduct PKR 150/- shipping charges. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
